People come to counseling for many reasons. We all have had the feeling: our life is fine, just fine. We’re functioning. But in those quiet moments, we know something is missing. We’re not happy. We feel disconnected from ourselves and others. We struggle with a variety of dark feelings, which might include depression, grief, low self-esteem, exhaustion, or hopelessness. We forget that we have the power to make choices and create change. Change can come quickly when you take a step towards yourself and a happier life, a step towards getting help. I’d like to offer you that help. I’ve worked with a variety of clients, including women challenged by loss, depression, unresolved family issues, relationships, parenting, and mid-life transitions. I’ve worked with couples who want to deepen and enrich their relationships. I’ve facilitated support groups and have worked with a range of ages and issues. I am comfortable with lifestyle diversity.
